Confined Space Entry - Onsite Practical

The theoretical (classroom) learning outcomes will be achieved through an
online learning management system which is a combination of video modules
and a quiz. Upon successful completion of the online portion, the course
participant is then eligible to attend on-site training.
This course will provide training for confined space supervisors, safety
attendants, and entry personnel required to work in a Non-Immediately
Dangerous to Life and Health (IDLH) or low hazard confined space.
Topics include: review of applicable regulations and codes, program / permit /
entry checklist requirements, confined space hazards and control measures,
atmospheric monitoring principles, ventilation principals, and non-entry rescue
options.

Record of Completion for the Online Theory is required prior to attending the onsite practical training session. Trainees are expected to be in a good state of health and physically capable of taking part in and completing all practical exercises. Trainees need to bring: Coveralls CSA Approved Footwear (safety boots)
