1. A person must be of at least 16 years of age to take the REF-MED STCW PSC course.

2. A person must hold a training certificate in MED with respect to STCW Proficiency in Survival craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats (MED PSC) or equivalent under subsection 2.2 of chapter 2 of TP 4957 to take this course.

All program information, written courseware and classroom presentations, will be conducted in English.
